Project Description: Complete redesign and refurbishment of a bathroom for a client in Upton, Wirral. We completed the bathroom designs in 3D, 4D and VR, specified and supplied all materials and in conjunction with our fitters completed the installation, a complete bathroom design from start to finish.

Location: Upton, Wirral, 2022

The design brief for this project was to incorporate a bath for a young family and a shower area. The room is long and narrow with two windows which made designing the shower area more of a challenge. This design started on a scrap of paper which we easily turned into a 4D model for our customer to view in VR. With limited options for product layout we spent a lot of time looking at the finer details like tile and furniture colours and we finally ended up with the design shown in the pictures and video.

The bathroom was completely ripped out down to brick, re boarded, with all exposed pipework hidden under the floor, and old replaced for new where seen. We built the stud wall to separate the bath and shower which also allowed for a niche in the shower area. Ca’ Pietra tiles were used throughout this room with a stunning Ocean Blue feature tile in the shower area. A Calypso standalone Vanity Unit was used along with a Carron bath and a RAK Ceramics toilet. The floor was finished in one of our popular bathroom rated wood products from Dune Ceramics.
