En-Suite Installation Speke Liverpool
Project Description: Our customer in Liverpool had the original En-suite from when the house was built and it was leaking into her living room. We completely ripped it out and installed a brand new one for them.
Location: Speke, Liverpool
The brief for this bathroom was to remove the en-suite, identify where the leak had been coming from and install and the brand new en-suite. Our clients in Liverpool wanted PVC waterboards on the walls, a gloss white PVC ceiling, a new fan and spot lights, a new shower tray, enclosure, radiator and flooring. They opted for a grey sparkle PVC waterboard, a chrome towel radiator and a bathroom rated click flooring. To minimise costs they decided to re-use the existing toilet, shower and vanity unit.
The room was completely stripped back to stud walls around the shower area as this was identified as where the leak was coming from. The shower tray was installed first which meant the waterboards could be fitted. 2nd fix items such as the furniture, screens, brass and sanitaryware were then installed to produce the finished bathroom. The whole job was managed by us from start to finish. Our customers are delighted with the end result and have left us a 5 star google review.
